Blackmarket Bakery was built on a simple but rebellious idea: real ingredients, classic techniques, and a damn good time. What started as a one-woman hustle at local farmers' markets has grown into a badass, women-owned bakery with multiple locations—and we’re just getting started.

Our crew of Blackmarketeers bakes from scratch daily, rolling out everything from buttery croissants and killer scones to indulgent cookies and crave-worthy cakes, all inspired by the seasons. We fuel your days with locally roasted coffee and espresso, sandwiches on our fresh-baked breads, and nostalgic desserts—because everyone deserves a “conscious moment of indulgence.”
