Workshop Description:

Introduction to Candymaking & Confections:  It's all about sugar and chocolate, as we make Marshmallows, Brittle, Toffee and Truffles.  And, learn our Dry Method for making Caramel!  I'll cover best practices for heating sugar syrups, melting chocolate and doing all that safely!  Plus, lots of flavor suggestions will be included!

You do not need to bring anything else to the class, just yourself! The registration cost is all-inclusive of materials needed for this experience!
